I’m an experienced HR professional with a broad background across HR, including working within a large corporate HR consultancy. This has given me experience of supporting a wide range of organisations and people, and a strong understanding of both the expertise and resources a large consultancy can bring.

Rebecca Walker HR was created to bring that experience closer to home. I wanted to offer businesses in Orkney access to knowledgeable, professional HR support that is personal, practical and proportionate to what they actually need.
